Iced Coffee
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp room temp. water
A couple dashes of cinnamon
Honey, to taste
Ice, as you like
(300 ml) milk of your choice

Chocolate Iced Latte
tablets of melted chocolate
(100 ml) Milk of your choice
Mix it with a blender.
Ice, as you like
(200 ml) black Coffee on the top

Oreo Iced Latte
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp room temp. water
2 Oreo biscuits crushed
sugar, to taste
Ice, as you like
(300 ml) milk of your choice

Canadian Latte
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp room temp. water
Maple Syrup, as you like
Brown sugar, to taste
Ice, as you like
(300 ml) milk of your choice

Hot Coffee
1 tbsp instant coffee
brown sugar, to taste
(300 ml) foamy milk.
cinnamon on the top.

Matcha Latte
1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
1 tablespoon hot water
2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
3/4 cup hot milk

Chai Latte
2 cinnamon sticks
8 cardamom pods
4 cloves
6 peppercorns
1 star anise
2cm piece ginger, sliced
2 black teabag (such as Early Gray or English breakfast)
500ml whole milk, or coconut milk also works well
1-2 tbsp brown sugar
pinch cinnamon to serve

Irish Coffee
50ml Baileys Original Irish cream
150ml coffee
Your favourite garnish, try whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles

On a sunny Monday, nothing better than getting some ice cubes and preparing my coffee for the day. My first coffee was prepared with one of my favorite ingredients: Cinnamon. Hope you like it.
